Hi, Achille! My name is Marta Balibrea and I have a flat in Sant Cugat, very close to the Esade campus, 5-minute walking. The flat is a 4th with elevator; it has 4 rooms, 3 singles and 1 double. 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The house is fully furnished and with appliances, all brand new. All supplies are registered and there is fiber, Wi-Fi and cleaning service once a week.
The prices of the rooms are €400, €425, €450 for singles and €550 or €600 for doubles, depending on whether it is rented with 1 bed or 2 beds.
