Ikea is a staple in what comes to affordable home furnishing. This amazing Swedish company offers everything from pillows and blankets to faucets, tables, lamps and even plants – both artificial and natural! The Ikea stores are famous for their gigantic size and brilliantly developed maze-like corridors which make the customers have to walk through the entire store to get to what they need, which gives them the opportunity to see and buy things they didn’t even know they needed.
There are two Ikea stores in Barcelona, both of which are open every day of the week except for Sunday, from 10 am to 10 pm. There is another one in Sabadell as well!

MAISONS DU MONDE (offline and online store)
As the name suggests, Maisons du Monde is a French brand with over 20 years of experience. All of the store’s products are built in France, using wood from sustainable forests, using an ecologic process. At Maisons du Monde, you will find an eclectic and tasteful choice of furniture and home decoration pieces, that will fit many different styles. This two-storey venue is a delight to visit, offering such beautiful and cool designs that it is hard to refrain from buying more than what you actually came looking for.
Maisons du Monde is open every day from 10 am to 8:30 pm, except for Sunday when, like most of the stores in Barcelona, it shuts down.

Casa is another great shop to find furniture on a budget! They have great products for your room, living room, and kitchen! They are also a sustainable brand! Check them out before you buy in other places!
